GreetScribe.
A managed guest interface configured around your service.
A managed AI guest-interface service for hotels, hosts, accommodation providers, and tourism operators. GreetScribe is configured around your own source material, guest workflows, and handoff needs.
GreetScribe is Qevinto's productized hospitality version of its broader configurable chatbot capability, currently introduced through a curated pilot queue. Each pilot starts with discovery and fit review before project-specific launch setup and monthly service terms are agreed.
Lumi Hideaway — scripted preview.
A 30-second loop showing how the booking conversation moves from greeting to summary. Eight scripted stages, on a single screen.
Example conversation flow — Lumi Hideaway scenario, scripted preview.
Not connected to a live booking system.
The conversations that fill your inbox every week.
Before they know what to book
Visitors often arrive with interest, not a complete request. They ask about dates, group size, preferences, location, and whether a stay, activity, or combination fits their plans. GreetScribe asks the right follow-up questions so the conversation starts with context.
When the right option needs context
A visitor may be looking for accommodation, activities, or both. GreetScribe uses your approved source material to explain the options, answer practical questions, and guide the visitor toward the most relevant booking or enquiry path.
Turns your information into answers
GreetScribe is built around the material you provide, including accommodation details, activity descriptions, policies, arrival guidance, service information, and booking instructions. Visitors can ask in their own words, and the assistant responds from your approved material, reducing the repeated questions your team has to answer manually.
Engineered for the rhythm of hospitality.
Booking flow, not chat noise
GreetScribe is designed around how guests actually decide on a stay — dates, party size, region, property — not around what's easy to demo on a homepage.
Configured for after-hours
Most enquiries arrive when reception is asleep. GreetScribe is configured around your approved answers and handoff workflow so the guest gets useful guidance before a human steps in.
Guides to the right next step
When a question goes beyond the approved material, GreetScribe does not need to guess. It can guide the visitor toward the booking page, contact details, or the service channel you want them to use.
Northern context, by default
Designed in Lapland, for hospitality businesses that work with winter operations, multilingual guests, and the practical realities of remote properties.
The infrastructure answer, in plain text.
Hotels, hosts, and tourism operators often need a clear answer before launch: what data is used, what Qevinto operates, and what remains the client's own source material. The notes below are written for internal review.
Reviewed per project
Hosting and infrastructure are confirmed per project. Finnish and EU-based options can be considered where data residency is a requirement. Provider certifications, availability targets, and applicable jurisdiction are reviewed as part of the deployment setup.
Reviewed at project setup
Data residency requirements are reviewed at project setup. Where required, EU-based deployment options can be considered. Language model inference, retention, and provider configuration are documented per engagement.
Agreed where required
Data processing terms are agreed where Qevinto processes personal data on behalf of a customer. Sub-processors, transfer assessments, and the technical and organisational measures we apply are reviewed and documented as part of the project setup.
Identified before production use
Relevant service providers and sub-processors are identified before production use where applicable. The selected providers, their roles, and any data transfer questions are documented as part of the project setup.
Client data stays clear
Every conversation can be logged, time-stamped, and exported as JSON or CSV. Your business data, source materials, approved answers, and content remain yours, with export and termination procedures documented in the contract.
Documented service operation
Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates, support, and continuity expectations are agreed separately for each production deployment. Service levels and monthly terms depend on scope, traffic, and operational requirements.
Curated pilot onboarding, not open self-serve.
GreetScribe is currently onboarded through a curated, expert-led pilot model. We first define the operator's need, source material, workflow, and use case before recommending launch setup and monthly service terms.
We review the use case
The pilot queue is for operators with a clear guest-question, enquiry, or activity-sales problem. We validate fit before configuring anything around your source material or workflow.
No public self-serve yet
GreetScribe is not being opened as a generic sign-up tool. The first deployments are configured with approved answers, handoff rules, launch review, and agreed monthly service operation.
Pilot access is selective
If the fit is strong, we will recommend the next step. If the use case is not ready for GreetScribe or the custom chatbot platform service, we will say so before configuration begins.
