Four to eight weeks is typical for a tailored chatbot or AI assistant implementation, depending on scope. The first phase defines the business problem, source material, workflow, and fit. Configuration, testing, launch setup, and service terms follow only after the scope is agreed in writing.
Pricing is based on project-specific platform implementation/setup plus ongoing monthly service where hosting, maintenance, monitoring, support, or continued use is needed. After discovery, we send a written scope and price so the commercial model is clear before implementation.
Not for the managed service. Your team provides the business data, source material, and approved content; Qevinto handles configuration, launch setup, hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and support according to the agreed service scope.
The assistant is configured within explicit boundaries: approved answers, refusal rules, and handoff points. Anything outside the boundary is escalated to a human or politely declined, not invented.
Your business data, source materials, approved answers, and content remain yours. Hosting, model choice, retention, and data-residency decisions are documented before deployment so you know what is used, where it runs, and what Qevinto operates as part of the managed service.
