In these Website Terms, "Qevinto", "we", "us" or "our" means Qevinto Oy.

Scope of these Website Terms

These Website Terms apply only to the use of Qevinto's public website and website content.

The website is a public marketing, information and enquiry website for Qevinto Oy, GreetScribe, custom chatbot and AI assistant implementations, AI consulting, and practical AI training.

The website does not itself provide a live SaaS account, customer dashboard, payment flow, booking system, customer portal, production chatbot service, paid service access, or self-service subscription checkout.

These Website Terms do not govern any paid service, pilot project, GreetScribe service, SaaS service, custom implementation, chatbot project, AI assistant project, training engagement, consulting engagement, managed service, support arrangement, hosting arrangement, data processing arrangement, service level, or other customer relationship unless these Website Terms are expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement.

The final scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, technical setup, data processing terms, support model, service level, pricing, delivery schedule, and other service-specific matters must be agreed separately in writing.

Use of the website

You may browse the website for information about Qevinto, GreetScribe, and related services. You may also contact Qevinto through the contact channels made available on the website.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, bypass security measures, scrape the website in a way that disrupts its operation or infringes rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Website content

The website content is provided for general information about Qevinto, GreetScribe, custom chatbot and AI assistant implementations, AI consulting, training, and related activities.

Qevinto aims to keep the information on the website accurate and clear. However, website content may not always be complete, current, or error-free. Information on the website may be updated, corrected, limited, expanded, or removed at any time.

Services, GreetScribe, pilots, waitlists and pricing information

Descriptions of GreetScribe, custom chatbot systems, AI assistant implementations, training, consulting, pilot opportunities, waitlists, previews, demonstrations, or related services are provided for informational purposes.

GreetScribe may be described on the website during a pilot or early marketing phase even if GreetScribe later has its own separate website, documentation, and service-specific terms.

Joining a pilot queue or waitlist, submitting an enquiry, opening an email draft through a website form, or contacting Qevinto does not guarantee access to a pilot, service, implementation, onboarding slot, price, delivery schedule, or commercial relationship.

Service descriptions may change as Qevinto develops its offering, reviews pilot use cases, or agrees project-specific requirements with customers.

Any final scope, pricing, setup fee, integration fee, launch fee, monthly fee, usage-based fee, delivery schedule, customer responsibility, data processing term, technical setup, hosting arrangement, support model, service level, and other commercial or operational term is agreed separately in writing.

Any general reference to pricing, setup costs, launch costs, integration costs, usage costs, pilot availability, hosting, data location, data residency, infrastructure provider, uptime, monitoring, backups, support, security practices, continuity, or response process on the website is informational only unless it is confirmed as a binding commitment in a separate written agreement.

No automatic client relationship or contract

Using the website, reading website content, joining a pilot queue, joining a waitlist, submitting an enquiry, opening a pre-filled email draft, or contacting Qevinto does not automatically create a client relationship, contract, partnership, agency relationship, or obligation for Qevinto to provide services.

Qevinto may decide whether an enquiry, pilot request, waitlist request, or proposed project is suitable for further discussion.

Any enquiry, message, discussion, pilot request, waitlist request, proposal, price discussion, or response is preliminary unless and until a separate written agreement is made.

Enquiries, forms and communication

You may contact Qevinto by email or through forms made available on the website, where available.

The website may include contact forms, pilot queue forms, enquiry forms, mailto links, or a combination of these. Some forms may open your own email client with a pre-filled message instead of submitting data directly to Qevinto through the website.

The website may describe or display GreetScribe, chatbot workflows, AI assistant workflows, scripted previews, demonstrations, or other automated interaction concepts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any website chatbot, AI assistant, scripted preview, demonstration, automated response, or AI-generated content is provided only for preliminary and general information.

AI-generated or automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular use case. You should not rely on such output as legal, financial, medical, tax, technical security, procurement, or other professional advice.

A website AI assistant, chatbot, automated response, demo, preview, or similar website feature does not create a contract, client relationship, service commitment, service level, support obligation, data processing arrangement, or binding offer unless Qevinto expressly confirms this in a separate written agreement.

You should not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, special categories of personal data, customer data, credentials, trade secrets, production data, or other restricted information into any general website AI assistant, chatbot, demo, preview, or automated interaction.

Where the website makes an AI system available for direct interaction with website visitors, Qevinto will provide information that the interaction is with an AI system where required by applicable law.

The public website is not intended to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for website visitors unless this is separately and clearly disclosed.

Technical, hosting, uptime, data residency and security statements

References to third-party certifications, uptime figures, infrastructure features, or provider locations describe third-party services or proposed technical configurations only. They do not mean that Qevinto itself holds the referenced certification or provides the referenced third-party service level unless Qevinto expressly confirms this in a separate written agreement.

Qevinto does not provide any uptime commitment, availability commitment, service level agreement, provider-specific hosting commitment, EU-only hosting commitment, Finland-only hosting commitment, data residency commitment, certification commitment, sub-processor commitment, security commitment, continuity commitment, or incident-response commitment through these Website Terms.

Any customer-specific hosting arrangement, data residency commitment, data processing arrangement, sub-processor list, technical security commitment, certification statement, continuity commitment, service level, support model, or incident-response process must be agreed separately in writing.

Separate service terms and customer agreements

Paid services, pilot projects, GreetScribe services, SaaS services, custom chatbot implementations, AI assistant implementations, training engagements, consulting engagements, managed services, hosting arrangements, support arrangements, service levels, data processing arrangements, pricing, termination rights, and customer responsibilities require separate written terms or agreements where applicable.

If Qevinto processes personal data on behalf of a customer as a processor, the parties should agree appropriate data processing terms separately before such processing begins.

If Qevinto provides a pilot, waitlist, onboarding process, support model, service level agreement, data processing agreement, or customer-specific service package, the applicable terms should be documented separately from these Website Terms.

Intellectual property

The website content, text, visual design, logos, graphics, structure, layout, source code, scripts, components, and other materials are owned by Qevinto Oy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may view the website and its content for normal informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, extract, or otherwise commercially use website materials without Qevinto's prior permission, except where this is allowed by mandatory law.

Governing law and disputes

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, including directly applicable European Union law where applicable, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes relating to the website should primarily be resolved through discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be handled by the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory applicable law requires another forum or gives the website visitor mandatory rights that cannot be limited by these Website Terms.

Language versions

Qevinto may make these Website Terms available in English, Finnish, or other languages.

If different language versions conflict, the version identified by Qevinto as controlling will apply. If no controlling version is identified, the English version applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
