We listen, ask questions, and understand the actual problem before we propose anything. If we can't help, we say so — often with a referral.

After the first conversation, we send a written scope and price. Either you accept it or you don't. No quotes that mysteriously grow during the project.

Decisions go in writing. Architecture choices, residency configuration, deliverable lists — all documented so you have the same understanding as we do.
