Built around implementation, not hype.
Qevinto Oy is a Finnish company based in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland. We provide GreetScribe, custom chatbot platform implementations, AI consulting, and training for businesses that want clearer conversations, better enquiry handling, and AI used with judgement.
Mika Keskitalo, founder.
Before founding Qevinto, Mika Keskitalo worked on digital solutions for the hospitality field, including hotel-related integrations and websites. His perspective also comes from direct hands-on experience in accommodation: while hosting his own property through Airbnb and working with the systems around that environment, he saw a recurring pattern. Even when guests are given good instructions, questions still arise, and when the host is not immediately available, a clear and reliable assistant becomes genuinely valuable. That practical gap between information and service is one of the reasons Qevinto exists.
Qevinto was founded on a simple belief: businesses do not need more AI noise, they need clearer service, better structure, and tools that genuinely reduce friction. Too often, AI is discussed as if the model itself were the solution. In practice, the real value comes from how the workflow is designed, how the customer journey is structured, and how responsibly the system is guided. Qevinto focuses on building chatbot and customer-interface solutions that are useful, controlled, and easy to work with in real business settings, especially in hospitality and customer-facing environments.
Mika's way of working is practical, thoughtful, and hands-on. With a background in IT and teaching, he values clarity, usability, and continuous learning. He enjoys understanding how things work, challenging himself, and turning complexity into solutions that are straightforward for clients to use. He can be approached in English, Finnish, or Spanish. His goal is to make day-to-day work easier for clients by building systems that are effective, clear, and grounded in real needs. AI is a powerful tool, but the human remains the architect who gives it direction.
Three things we hold to on every project.
Say what we know, and what we don't
We don't claim AI capabilities we can't deliver. We tell you what the managed solution will do well, where it'll struggle, and where it shouldn't be used at all. If we don't know something, we say so — and find out, in writing.
Client data stays yours
Your business data, source materials, approved answers, and content remain yours. Qevinto provides the implementation, configuration, hosting, maintenance, and service operation agreed in the project scope.
Narrower scope, deeper craft
We'd rather over-deliver on a tightly-scoped project than over-promise on a broad one. Most chatbot failures come from feature lists that grew faster than the design that should hold them together.
Rovaniemi, on the Arctic Circle.
Qevinto is built from Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland — at 66.50° N, on the Arctic Circle. We work remotely with clients across Finland, the Nordics, and the rest of Europe. The remote-first reality of operating from Lapland shapes how we work: clear written communication, scheduled deep work, and respect for client time zones — built into how we operate, not added later.
Project work, documentation, and meetings in English or Finnish. Every enquiry is reviewed with care before the next step is suggested.
How we operate, in four short principles.
Direct access to who configures it
Decisions about your implementation are made by the people configuring it, on the same call — not relayed back through a sales rep or an account-management layer. You always know who to talk to.
Selective by design
We take on a deliberate number of engagements at a time so each one is delivered well. If we're at capacity, we'll say so directly and recommend others. We won't sell what we can't deliver to standard.
AI used with judgement, not hype
Experience configuring AI assistant projects has shown us where AI works, where it breaks, and where it makes things worse. We bring that judgement to every conversation — including the ones where we recommend not implementing anything.
EU-grounded, EU-focused
We work from Finland, on the Arctic Circle. The remote-first reality of operating from Lapland means clear written communication, scheduled deep work, and respect for client time zones — built into how we run engagements, not added later.
Want to talk? No pitch, just a conversation.
Send a short message about the idea, workflow, or business problem you want to define before configuration or implementation. Your enquiry will be reviewed carefully so the next conversation starts with the right context.
